Gtools4you sells premium rechargeable fans, nail guns, chainsaws, and power tools across Nigeria and Ghana. We’re looking for motivated sales reps to join our growing team and turn leads into customers.

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to interested customers who order from us, close sales and guide them through our pay-on-delivery process, follow up with leads to answer questions and overcome objections, and track all activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Must be based in Abuja, own a smartphone with stable internet connection, available to start work by 8:00 AM Monday-Saturday, strong communication skills in English, sales experience preferred but not required – we provide full training, and be self-motivated and target-driven.
VERY IMPORTANT: Must be a leader who likes to make things happen and not wait to always be micromanaged.
What We Offer:
Month 1: ₦60,000 base salary (training period)
Month 2 onwards: ₦70,000 base salary + ₦250 commission per delivered order
Top performers earn ₦100,000 – ₦150,000+ monthly
